The Tour de France has been running for a few days and the most recent stage was a rare win for a britain. Mark Cavendish out sprinted the peloton to win the stage. Unfortunately no local TV stations are playing the Tour so I'll have to wait for the DVD.

7am Esquires Coffee House
Slow, easy cycle along the sea wall, all flat. This is a good for beginners or those wanting to get back into cycling. Around 40 minutes with a 5-10 minute break in the middle. Bring a few $s for Coffee and Muffins after the ride.

The Sunday cycle can be anywhere between 30-100km

Every now and then we have breakfast enroute or after the ride.
Akuila's farm
Akuila's farm is close to the turnaround point on our Naqali ride. Breakfast is $5 and the food is Fijian: Baba Kau, Panikeke, Lolo buns, Lemon leaf tea.... and heaps more. I need to give Akuila numbers a few days before so please confirm in advance. Look for the "Baba kau" post
