Slow, easy cycle along the sea wall, all flat. This is a good for beginners or those wanting to get back into cycling. Around 40 minutes with a 5-10 minute break in the middle. Bring a few $s for Coffee and Muffins after the ride.

Akuila's farm
Akuila's farm is close to the turnaround point on our Naqali ride. Breakfast is $5 and the food is Fijian: Baba Kau, Panikeke, Lolo buns, Lemon leaf tea.... and heaps more. I need to give Akuila numbers a few days before so please confirm in advance. Look for the "Baba kau" post
